Before Service:
Remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle
Provide accurate vehicle condition information when booking
Ensure vehicle is accessible at scheduled time
Inform us of pre-existing damage or special concerns
Location Requirements:
Provide safe, accessible service location
Ensure access to water/electricity
Notify us of parking restrictions or access limitations
We Cannot Service:
Vehicles containing hazardous materials, illegal substances, or weapons
Vehicles if location does not have access to water and electricity
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
Pre-existing damage (paint scratches, interior tears, permanent stains)
Items left in your vehicle (remove all valuables)
Damage from defective vehicle components (failing clear coat, worn materials)
Issues that existed before service
Complete removal of all stains or odors (we'll do our best, but some damage is permanent)
OUR GUARANTEE
We stand behind our work:
Not satisfied? Contact us within 48 hours, and we'll make it right
We may re-clean or refund depending on the situation
No warranty on:
Results beyond our control due to severe vehicle damage or neglect
Natural wear after service completion
LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Not responsible for delays or cancellations beyond our control

We use Fieldd.co for booking. Their terms also apply when you book through their platform.
DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or small claims court in Contra Costa County, California.

Behavior is abusive or unsafe to our staff
Vehicle is unsafe or contains prohibited items
